- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-4 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at dee@gwcdesigns.store within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you promptly.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact dee@gwcdesigns.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
